What we collect

When you submit a project enquiry we store what you tell us: your name, email address, optional phone number and country, your company name and website if you give them, and the description of your project. We also record how you arrived at the site — the referring page and any campaign parameters in the URL.

If you book a consultation we store the same contact details along with the time you chose, and we add the meeting to our calendar with you as an invited guest — so your name and email address appear on that calendar entry.

If you apply for a job or sign up to be featured in our video work, we store what that form asks for, including the links you give us. Talent signups also record the exact wording of the consent you agreed to, so that what you agreed to is never in doubt.

If you ask for one of our free kits we store your name and email address, your WhatsApp number or business name if you give them, which kit you asked for, and your answers if you take the payment options quiz.

Our emails

When you ask for a free kit we email it to you, then send a short series of tips over the following week, and from time to time we tell you about our paid kits and our services. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing stops all of it. If you gave us a WhatsApp number, someone from our team may message you there. Tell them to stop and they will.

Buying a kit

Paid kits are sold through Whop, which takes the payment. Your card details go to Whop and never reach us. Whop tells us that you bought, what you paid and your email address, so we can deliver support and stop offering you something you already have.

Why we collect it

To reply to your enquiry and to scope work accurately. Campaign and referral data tells us which of our own marketing is worth continuing.

Analytics

We use privacy-first analytics that do not set cookies and do not track you across other websites.

This site also runs a measurement script from Whop, the platform that sells our paid kits. It records the pages you visit here and when you book a call or send an enquiry, so we can tell which of our ads bring people who go on to work with us. It may keep an identifier in your browser to do that. Whop’s own privacy policy covers what it does with this data.

We also use the Meta Pixel, from the company behind Facebook and Instagram. It records the pages you visit here so we can measure our ads on those apps and show them to people likely to find them useful, and it sets a cookie to do that. Meta’s own privacy policy covers what it does with this data. It does not run on the pages that deliver a purchase.

Who else sees it

Enquiries, bookings and applications are stored in our own business system, which only we have access to. Free kit requests are held in Brevo, the service that sends our emails, and paid kit orders are processed by Whop. Our hosting, calendar and email providers process data on our behalf in order to run the site, hold the appointment and deliver messages. We do not sell it, and we do not share it for anyone else’s marketing.

Your choices

Ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, and we will. Contact details are in the footer.
